Thread whirling is the application, to manufacture implants, instruments and medical screws ( bone screws ) of all kind. MAIER Machines has optimized the manufacturing systems of machining and tools that the design limit in regards to performance and cutting possibilities has been reached, especially for the medical industry. On almost all series of machines designed and manufactured by MAIER Machines the thread whirling can be applied to the CNC-Swiss type machine.
